Senior Media Planner & Buyer


Neff has an opening for a strategic, dynamic Media Buyer & Planner to join our expanding team of creative individuals. The Media Buyer & Planner will be responsible for the development, management, and performance of advertising campaigns for various clients across all media platforms. Our diverse clientele ranges from Education, Banking, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, Real Estate, and Technology. This position requires a mid to senior level understanding of media planning and buying. Ideal Candidate:

  • 4-8 year’s experience in media buying, strategy and planning for digital, radio, out-of-home, print and television with local market media expertise (Philadelphia)
  • 4+ years negotiating and analyzing buys for digital, out-of-home, radio, TV, and print (for an agency or client facing)
  • 4+ year’s experience working directly with clients and managing client expectations
  • 1-3 years experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest would be a Plus
  • Detailed understanding of social media reporting tools and analytics, i.e. Facebook Ad Manager
  • Experience with executing and maintaining paid social campaigns (particularly Facebook and Instagram, but LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest are a plus)
  • Experience collaborating with Creative, PR, and Social Media teams
  • Extremely well organized and possesses the ability to multi-task on multiple campaigns for a rapidly growing client base
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • Previous experience responding to RFPs and crafting media proposals for budgets ranging from $50,000 – $3,000,000
  • Ability to solicit and retain relationships with new media publishers via telephone and email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and media research tools (ie. Kantar, Media Audit, Comscore, Scarborough, etc.)
  • Skilled in analyzing data to uncover insights and create data-driven solutions (pivot table experience is a plus)
  • Professional, positive team player with a passion for media buying who thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Work with a collaborative team of creative professionals in design, website design & development, PR, social media, advertising, and media buying
