Geno’s is one of the most iconic and successful sandwich joints in America. Maintaining and growing Geno’s business was Job 1. With strong competition in the city, our job was to raise awareness about Geno’s community involvement, publicize the launch of the new Geno’s Steaks retail store, generate new customers and fans outside of the Greater Philadelphia Region through national outreach, highlight the expansion of Geno’s Steaks to new locations, fully leverage celebrity sightings, create buzz about new product launches, and position Geno as an expert voice in the lifestyle, business, and food/hospitality spaces.

Solution

The Neff Team collaborated closely with Geno Vento in creating new ways to grow the business. Celebrating 50 great years in business, increasing the visibility of the Geno’s Brand on a national level and expanding the popularity of Geno’s with both locals and tourists alike. Through integrated PR and Social Media efforts, we continuously place Geno at the front of the attention of news outlets, talk shows, influencers, and customers both around Philadelphia and around the country.

Project Goal

Artisan’s Cellar came to Neff in need of a rebrand to communicate the quality of their process and product. They are a B2B company that

represents dozens of artisans with a portfolio of wines from around the world. They specialize in providing kegged wines to restaurants and bars

to be served on tap. Artisan’s Cellar was in need of a brand that communicated the craft and passion of the wine makers they represent. Their

brand was out of date and didn’t represent the modern process of kegging wines.

Solution

Neff conducted a brand redesign that started with extensive research into the process of making and kegging wine to fully understand the

business. We drafted dozens of logos that reflected the process, but ultimately landed on one that represented both the idea of the wine coming

from a tap and the artisans that are making the wines. The icon is a modern “a,” with a wine droplet as the bowl and a modern font for the

wordmark. The brand was developed using minimal color and imagery to maintain focus on the simplicity and elegance of the logo structure.

The brand was then carried into a modern, clean website designed and developed by our web team.

The Alexander

Public Relations

Our PR team garnered top-tier local press for The Alexander in outlets such as 6ABC and Philadelphia Magazine to raise awareness about the property and help to lease the building quickly. We also planned and executed the building’s grand opening as well as facilitating other onsite events.

Social Media

We partnered with The Alexander to raise brand awareness, drive website traffic, and ultimately generate apartment leases through executing organic and paid social media strategies. We utilized the Facebook and Instagram platforms to run website traffic and retargeting campaigns, while simultaneously creating organic content for the platforms from start to finish. In addition, we performed daily community and account management services, delivered monthly analytic reports, and executed a highly targeted social media influencer campaign to promote the building’s grand opening.

Project Goal

Providing a product that would be seen and used by thousands would have to be handled appropriately. Our challenge was to develop a mobile website that would function like a web application, relying heavily on a GPS based module

Solution

The task was clear; however, the execution was more complex. The mobile experience would have to be intelligent enough to display information like GPS location and upcoming bus traffic while staying simple enough for passengers to find vital content and easily browse the entire site.
