Mattison Estate is a new luxury community in Upper Dublin Township. Located walking distance from downtown Ambler and a half hour drive from Philadelphia, the location has the charm of a historic suburb plus the convenience of being near the city. The Goldenberg Group needed a visual identity for the project that would capture its unique qualities and a website where their target demographic could learn more about what’s to come.
Our team designed branding that captures the elegance of Mattison Estate in a modern style. The website utilizes the new branding in a cohesive system and provides clear calls to action for booking an appointment and learning more about the homes.
Built on the historic grounds of Lindenwold Estate, the homes are designed to complement this elegance while also demonstrating contemporary design. We wanted to be sure to capture both of these aspects in the branding. The logo references the historic castle through the icon and features a sophisticated color palette, minimal elements and clean type.
The website introduces Mattison Estate with brand specific language and imagery that conveys the look and feel of the project. The site provides easy to navigate information on the different home styles and has a clear call to action to make an appointment to learn more.
