17 Market West is the first major commercial building in Center City Philadelphia that was transformed from office to mixed-use, multi-family. APG Living, the developer, wanted to create a space that elevated the surrounding neighborhood as up-and-coming, or “the next Market East.”
Neff worked closely with APG and the 17 Market West team to develop the building’s name, logo identity system, and messaging, as well as PR and social media. The social media was supplemented with photography, videography, and drone FPV piloting that shows off 17 Market West’s incredible rooms and amenity spaces.

The branding included development of a logo and messaging suite that positions 17 Market West as the ideal place for Philadelphians who desire elevated living. It’s the prime location for those looking to embrace the urban lifestyle.
