Oliver Plumbing, Heating, Cooling retained Neff to evaluate all past marketing efforts and launch a new integrated campaign to raise brand awareness and drive sales. This ongoing campaign has included a blend of advertising, social media, public relations and videography.

Project Solution

Through Neff’s mix of integrated services, our team has been able to maximize Oliver’s marketing budget to both increase brand awareness across key market segments, as well as continue to drive sales across all Oliver services. To date, the campaign has contributed to top line sales increases in excess of 20%.  The geo-targeted campaign across all platforms has helped increase brand visibility and all home services sales.

50th Anniversary

The Neff team was honored to help Oliver Plumbing Heating Cooling celebrate their 50th Anniversary this year. As part of an ongoing, integrated campaign, we created a video to help tell the story of the Oliver family and the important people who have contributed to the success of the business along the way.

Advertising

As part of our fully integrated partnership, we refreshed the look and feel of Oliver’s advertising creative, worked with the company on a comprehensive brand promises review process and provided a strategic media plan that includes digital radio, print, out of home, television and online advertising.

Social Media

The social team at Neff has highlighted and brought credibility to the Oliver Brand for consumer and business education, philanthropy, company honors and employee engagement.

Public Relations

Public Relations has played an important role in establishing Oliver thought leaders as experts, vigilant advocates of consumer safety and passionate about helping those in-need through their charitable good-works like Heat for the Holidays.
