Crumbl Public Relations Case Study

A cookie company known for its variety of unique flavors, currently expanding across the country with 200 locations and counting.

Project Goal

Crumbl is known as a TikTok sensation, famous for their “cookie pulls,” and a rotating weekly menu of more than 120 unique flavors. Featuring a signature in-store experience with an open kitchen concept, customers can see employees mix, bake, and prepare cookies to be packaged in Crumbl’s iconic Pink Box presentation. Crumbl has received national recognition as the fastest growing cookie company in the U.S., with more than 200 locations built in over 32 states to satisfy cookie cravings. Crumbl is continuing to expand across the country, with 100 additional locations slated to open in the coming year.

Project Solution

Our Public Relations team created and executed a PR strategy to support Crumbl’s Grand Opening for its first bakery in Pennsylvania, located in the Baederwood Shoppes on the Fairway in Jenkintown. Neff helped the franchise team in promoting Crumbl Cookies to the local community and generating buzz around the Grand Opening.

  • Helped launch a Soft Opening and Grand Opening for key video and photo opportunities on-site through invited media and influencers
